HOW TO GET TO THE RETREAT:
The International Center for Earth Concerns in Centennial Valley, Montana is “out there” …We’re going to one of the last great pristine nature spots in America!
I recommend you share with one another in our online preparation group to consider possible ride-share options for arrival and departure and shared car rental… or you’re of course welcome to “travel to and fro on your own”.Here are several airport options:
AIRPORTS WITHIN RANGE OF THE RETREAT:
1) West Yellowstone Montana (closest and about 1 hour to the retreat)
2) Idaho Falls Idaho (about 2 ½ hours to retreat)
3) Bozeman, Montana (about 2 ½ hours to retreat and a bit prettier route than 2)
4) Jackson Hole through Yellow Stone. For those who want to spend an extra day or two and trek in – about 5 hours from the retreat and nice trek

WHO: This exceptional week-long SoulArts retreat at Montana’s Center for Earth Concerns, is designed for men and women at a life crossroad or seeking to rediscover and reaffirm their own unique visionary genius and spirited life direction.
This visioning retreat is non-denominational and deeply spiritual in nature with elements of meditation, movement, silence, vision quest communion with nature, the expressive arts, insight exercises for self healing, and mastery in the art of transition, transformation, and visioning your dreams into being: Profound, pragmatic, playful and grounded in real life, with special emphasis on the unique opportunities and capacities of the second half of life.
Arrival: Sunday, August 22 (Starts with afternoon check-in, early dinner and evening introductory session)
Departure: Saturday, August 28 (Close with breakfast and by 11am for departure and travel day)

This is a “ballpark itinerary" to give a sense of the flow of each day. We will remain more flexible to shifts as appropriate to the energetic of this retreat. In other words “subject to change or modification".
Essentially there will be opportunities for early morning meditation practices if/as desired; relaxed group morning session after breakfast; lunch with free self-reflection time; late afternoon group session and/or process; dinner followed by self reflection time and/or evening group session.
There will be one day for your solo vision quest (likely Tuesday or Wednesday after our first days of inner self-preparation) involving silence, light fasting, and extended time alone in nature for the day with guided preparation.
We will conclude with an integration depth processing on Thursday with a celebration dinner on Thursday evening in preparation to take what we have discovered back out into the world on Friday…

This visioning retreat at The Center for Earth Concerns will be held in a fully-restored ghost town and former dude ranch, dating from the late 1800s. Modern, Western-motif furnishings along with original Victorian antiques complete the renovated homesteader's log cabins and former historic stage hotel, where early visitors to the Yellowstone stopped for the night. Facilities include a large conference center meeting room, outdoor stage, landscaping featuring a lake, streams and waterfalls, and Rosie's Cantina, a replica of an Old West saloon.

If cancellations are made in writing and confirmed 6 weeks (or more) prior to the program start date, then 80% of your paid fee may be refunded only if your spot can be filled (which I make every effort to do)..
