*Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made in writing and confirmed 6 weeks (or more) prior to the program start date, then 80% of your paid fee may be refunded only if your spot can be filled (which I make every effort to do).. Otherwise payments are non-refundable, unless for any reason, I need to cancel, in which case you will be given the choice of refund or application to a future program. Cancellation within 4 weeks of a retreat date are non-refundable. Airfare or other travel costs are never reimbursed as part of a cancelled retreat. (SEE TRIP INSURANCE OPTIONS BELOW)
DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN INSURE YOUR TRIP IN THE EVENT OF NECESSARY CANCELLATION? For those who would like to insure your retreat trip with a cancellation policy, I am told this online site is good to work with: insuremytrip.com (have had Access America and Travel Guard recommended but no personal experience or connection with them.)
**Privacy & Self Responsibility:
Your privacy is always protected. I will NOT share your email or any other private information unless you expressly give permission (such as testimonials). When we share information with other group members as part of the workshop preparation, you will always be made completely aware that this is it's use. Anything you share with me in private will remain that way unless you give permission otherwise, or in the special case where I may be bound by professional ethics to intervene for your own or another's physical safety (such as danger to self or others).
Self Responsibility:
You are responsible for appropriate care and judgment concerning your own physical and emotional well being with regard to signing up for any of my programs of apprenticeship and spiritual self-realization facilitation. If you are under the care of a physician or taking medications for emotional or physical conditions, be sure to check with your attending physician and notify me of conditions I may need be apprised of for your own safety or the well being of others. I am available to talk with your physician if need be and I strongly request that you respect yourself and me and this work by taking full responsibility for your own well being and in determining if you are in shape and ready for this spiritual inner self realization work. If you are in doubt, please let me know in your application process and we will discuss.
NOTE ON FEAR, FINANCES and FINDING the FACE OF GOD: I know most of us are a bit more "money panicked" these days, so I've kept costs very low (about half normal at $1500 total for 3 1/2 days and $2500 for private). Still there has to be some real effort and deep commitment to giving this gift of your own healing wisdom to your SELF and in service to Life/God/Source.
