Organizational & Community Advisory

Ronda LaRue advises boards, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations navigating transition, alignment challenges, and strategic turning points. Her work draws on a four-decade background spanning corporate strategic planning, market research, program evaluation, and integrative mentoring — all grounded in a sustained attention to how human systems actually function under pressure.

Before founding her private mentoring and retreat practice, Ronda spent two decades as founder and principal of InfoVision Systems (1985–2004), an international strategic planning and market research firm. There she facilitated board retreats, guided city and regional economic development initiatives, delivered keynote addresses, and led strategic research for corporate and nonprofit clients.

That early work — rooted in applied social research and evaluation methodology — continues to inform her advisory practice today, shaping how she listens, observes patterns, and helps leadership clarify direction from within their own lived realities.

What This Work May Include

• Board and leadership facilitation
• Strategic reflection and realignment sessions
• Navigating executive and leadership transitions
• Culture and communication recalibration
• Community conversations during periods of change
• Hosted advisory gatherings in Ashland, Oregon (including at The Vista House, as appropriate)

Approach

Rather than imposing external frameworks, Ronda works from within the lived dynamics of a group — observing patterns, naming what is already present but unspoken, and helping leadership clarify direction from inside its own reality.

Organizations interested in advisory collaboration may begin with a preliminary conversation to clarify scope and intent.
