Connecting with Your Soul Essence

There are often times in life when aspects and directions in life cannot be resolved through talking, making pros&cons lists, getting input from others, or just plain "winging it". My life work has been an evolving study and practice in the use of both analytic and soul-connecting creativity. I do not deny any one for the other - except to say this:

I have deeply studied -- and found after decades of inner work with both myself and many hundreds of people who asked to work with me, that the essence of one's truth can only accurately reveal itself, first from he level of Soul. And only from that musical somewhat abstract sense od self truly and accurately benefit from analytic or applied therapeutic form.

This is why I offer SoulArts inner self awareness first, and only then can systems and strategy decisions have their rightful integrity in support of who you really are at essence and nature.

THE SOULART STUDIO PRIVATE MENTORING

I offer my SoulArts depth process and practice for the first time outside of private one-on-one retreats, because I have found a process that can be effectively done online and still carry the kinds of soul-touching power that requires transmission not just talk, words, thought, analysis

The Soul-Essence Portrait process I've developed offers us a way to co-created a path that holds much of the power and potency of what my in-person private retreats offer: A very visceral sense and seeing of your true essence. This is terribly exciting to me to offer here to you.

It is a focused, short-term process we enter together—where your lived experience becomes the ground of a deeper seeing. We begin in conversation, where I will lead you to speak from where you are without needing to shape, explain, analyze it or to arrive anywhere concrete or even understood.

We will look together at what you have lived; what still carries weight; what feels unfinished; what remains beyond reach but shows its tone.

From there, you are guided into a more interior process:

Over the course of the next few weeks, there are writing prompts, reflections, and at times a guided meditation into an inner seeing. It is much like what the first few days of a private retreat with me are like. These musings are used to come into closer contact with what surrounds you -- waiting to be known more directly.

So much of what shapes a life does not come from the level of conscious explanation!
It lives in the body.
In memory.
In tone.
In what has been carried without language.

As this unfolds, I am listening alongside you.

Not only to what is said, but to what is revealed through it:

The patterns.
The tensions.
The places where something true has been held, but not yet fully seen or felt.

This is where my decades of private personal work has a long deep view into hearing, sensing and reflecting back to you: Your Essence.

From this, the process of a personal song composition begins.

Your words, your rhythms, your lived material—taken into a different form.

Writing set to music in a way that allows something deeper to come straight through to your heart and soul..

What is returned to you is a musical portrait.

An original piece drawn from the essence within your lived experience.

Something you can listen to over time.

Something that often reaches where other forms of reflection do not—opening a different kind of recognition and integration.

What I have found from this next level of my SoulArts Practice for people seeking inner healing and self-wisdom is this:

Inner awakenings and perceptual shifts have always come from a "musical moment" of resonance.

Not through effort.

But through hearing—directly—what has been there all along.

A settling.
A release.
A clearer sense of what is true.

It is truly an awesome experience.

Much living experience moves through the body before it becomes thought or knowing — It often comes more accessibly through rhythm, tone, breath, and repetition. Music meets that layer directly. It carries what is understood not only by the mind, but by the nervous system, the cells, and the long memory of being alive.

I have evolved into writing Soul-Essence songs because song allows a person to deeply feel and recognize what cannot be as deeply invoked and experienced in most other ways.

Essence is naturally recognized through experiences of felt resonance—and for this, music with lyric becomes a doorway to deep inner seeing.

I have found, that songs written from within this energetic have the capacity to carry the listener into the inner threshold of essential seeing. This is precisely the space where healing breakthroughs occurred in my decades of work with private clients, and where life reorients itself naturally—not through force, but rather through deeply felt reflection and realization of true self.

These songs are composed where lived experience, soul recognition, and musical motion meet. They are not meant to persuade or perform meaning, but to transmit it — so that something already known can be felt, named, and met as whole.
